Desktop Feasibility Solution (DFS)is an analytical interface backed by granular data captured by Liases Foras through field survey on a quarterly basis. DFS uses algorithms, statistical modelling and applications to provide an analytical outcome, thus it may have limitations at times.

The data is collected from primary and secondary information easily and reasonably available in the public domain, whether from the public and private sources. We have ensured to the best of our ability about the correctness and the validity of the same, by cross-checking from various sources. However, property markets in cities continue to be plagued by misinformation, non- disclosure and fragmentation, wherein almost inevitably some information is withheld in every case. Whilst every effort has been taken to provide authentic data and analysis, Liases Foras Real Estate Rating and Research Pvt. Ltd., and/or any of their associated companies and/or their employees are not responsible for any loss, major or minor incurred on the basis of the information and analysis provided, nor are liable to any damages in any form or shape. The client is advised to undertake their own due diligence.

Our total liability however caused and whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise including any liability to third parties arising from the use of this Work Product shall be limited up to the fee paid by the client for this assignment.

In no event, Liases Foras Real Estate Rating and Research Pvt. Ltd, or any of its employee or any of their subsidiary companies, shall be held responsible or liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.

1. The Client acknowledges that real estate data and analytics provided by Liases Foras is a product of scientific research on the markets and not from any sacrosanct source. So at times, there might be variances in the data. Client agrees to accept as is, where basis and shall be bound to pay the amount as agreed under the terms of conditions.
2. Liases Foras makes no representation or warranty regarding the standing, credit or otherwise of any person, firm or company mentioned in the information, or the suitability of the information for any purpose.
3. Desktop feasibility is not intended as a substitute for detailed best use/ feasibility studies. The Client is required to undertake his own due diligence / consult specialized consulting firm with regard to its investment decisions, and investment decisions should not be purely based on the data provided by Liases Foras under the terms of engagement.
4. Data & Analytics incorporated in the Desktop feasibility studies are meant for internal consumption only. Any individual/ Valuers/ consulting firms/ professionals using the data & analytics for their professional/commercial work are required to give credits to Liases Foras, failing to do so will invite legal actions.
5. Under no circumstances shall Liases Foras or any of its successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys and their respective heirs, successors and assigns be liable for any damages, including loss of money, goodwill or reputation, direct, incidental, punitive, special, consequential or exemplary damages that directly or indirectly results from the use of, or the inability to use, of the information and service provided by Liases Foras under the terms of engagement, even if Liases Foras has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses and regardless of the theory of liability.

While making payment, it is deemed that the user has agreed to purchase the data on as is where is basis and the terms and conditions are read and understood. Once the membership is activated, there shall be no refund and or no refund will be processed by Liases Foras in any circumstance whatsoever.
